The menu at Parque 1055 will change with the seasons, offering dishes that celebrate the freshness of local ingredients like seafood, fruits and vegetables. Guests can indulge in appetizers like California stuffed Avocado with Snow Crab or a rotating charcuterie board featuring artisanal cheeses and cured meats from nearby farms.
Main course dishes, such as Local Black Cod with a miso-sake marinade or a Prime Beef filet accompanied by a red wine reduction glaze showcase the harmony of land and sea.
