The story of Parque 1055 begins with its founder, Bob Dawson who purchased the historic building on the corner of Main and S Tenth St with a desire to bring a wonderful culinary gathering spot to the community of Santa Paula. At the heart of our California Cuisine is a commitment to celebrating the vibrant flavors of our region. Taking pride in using local ingredients such as seafood, fruits and vegetables.

At the same time, connecting with winemakers from the Central Coast, discovering the rich diversity of flavors in local wines and microbreweries. He created a wine list that tells the story of the region, with each bottle reflecting the unique terroir of the area.

Parque 1055 isn’t just about food; it’s about building community. The restaurant hosts regular events, such as wine tastings and pairings.

Chef Rafael Lopez

Chef Rafa has been so valuable to the Parque 1055 team. Besides cooking up specials and events, Rafa is a BIG Dodgers fan, sings Mariachi music and is an avid gardener.

Sous Chef David Alonso

David has been cooking for 24 years. He is an animal lover, and rescued his dogs and cats from the local Santa Paula animal shelters. He also has two tortoises and two aquariums.

Besides food and animals, he loves a good scary movie with extra candy.

Heather Fleming

Public Relations, Marketing and Events Manager

Heather Fleming is sharing her positivity at Parque 1055 as the Public Relations, Marketing and Events Manager. She will be out in the Santa Paula and Ventura County communities spreading the word about the beauty of Parque 1055 nestled in Downtown Santa Paula. She will be your contact person to host your special occasion at either their outdoor or indoor venue.

Kodi Sieben

Social Media Manager

You will see Kodi always with her camera at Parque 1055 and most likely taste testing a cocktail. On her free time she passionate about animal rescue and may be rescuing dogs on the side of the road.
