In addition to its dining area, Parque 1055 boasts a spacious event space designed for corporate functions and weddings, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a breathtaking backdrop.

The Vision: The story of Parque 1055 begins with its founder, Bob Dawson who purchased the historic building on the corner of Main and S Tenth St with a desire to bring a wonderful culinary gathering spot to the community of Santa Paula.  At the heart of our California Cuisine is a commitment to celebrating the vibrant flavors of our region. Taking pride in sourcing ingredients from local farms and artisans, ensuring that each dish is crafted with the freshest produce, meats, and seafood available. The vision was to create a dining experience that not only tantalizes the taste buds but also supports local producers and reduces the carbon footprint.

At the same time, connecting with winemakers from the Central Coast, discovering the rich diversity of flavors in local wines and microbreweries. He created a wine list that tells the story of the region, with each bottle reflecting the unique terroir of the area.
